Water & Sewer Utilities
Water & Sewer services are thru the Town of Rosalia. To sign up for services or any questions regarding services, please contact Rosalia City Hall at 509-523-5991.
Garbage Services
Garbage service in Rosalia is thru Empire Disposal. To sign up for services or any questions regarding these services, please contact Empire Disposal at 509-397-3200.
Electrical & Natural Gas Service
Avista Utilities is the provider of electrical and natural gas services for the Town of Rosalia. Please contact Avista at 1-800-227-9187
Dog Licensing
Dogs living within the City Limits of Rosalia must be licensed. This is an annual license and is $10.00 for a fixed dog and $20.00 for an unfixed dog. Licenses must be purchased by the last calendar day in February or an additional late fee of $20.00 per dog is added to the licensing fee. Please contact City Hall to license your dog 509-523-5991
Recycling Center
Rosalia has a recycling center. This is single stream recycling so all recyclable items go into one large bin. The center is open during the day Monday - Friday. It is illegal to dump/leave items at the center. Here is a brochure which explains what can be recycled: Recycle Center Brochure
Rosalia Swimming Pool
Rosalia Outdoor Swimming Pool is Planning to open June, 25th for the 2021 Season. Please check the Rosalia Park & Recreation Face Book Page.
