Welcome to the Town of Rosalia's official website. Rosalia, Washington is located 40 miles south of Spokane, just off of Highway 195. Rosalia is a small rural community (population 650) nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of the Palouse. We are officially the "Gateway to the Palouse" and the first stop on the north part of the Palouse Scenic Byway.

Mayor Lee Root, members of the Town Council, and town staff have determined that there are important improvements needed for the water and sewer systems. The system’s condition, proposed improvements, and possible rate impacts are summarized below. The purpose of this newsletter is to provide an explanation of the water and sewer rates and to discuss a proposed rate increase to the water and sewer rates, in anticipation of needed repair and rehabilitation of the water and sewer systems.

RV Park Info:
The Town of Rosalia has an RV Park. It is $20 per night, $125 per week, and $300 for a month. There is water and electricity available at each spot and there is an RV septic dump one block from the RV Park. This Park is located across from the City Park, 823 S Park Ave.
