Do not sell the Community center, the town residents should have a vote on that. Don’t you think or are the residents just tax payer with no say, to your council. Idea, make it a rolling skating rink for the youth/children in town with attendants on hand at all time, low cost fees and low cost food and drinks. The children in this town need something to do and a place to socialize and to just have fun.
